Early on, known affectionately as “the Shitty Kitty,” the Wildcat opened in 1992 as a tiny martini dive bar and grew into Santa Barbara’s “Best Place to Dance," according to the SB Independent.

The adjacent Bobcat Room offers a Palm Springs modern design and serves organic farm-to-bar signature cocktails.
